Making trap music is the easiest thing it just sucks I never listen to it
If i had interest in trap, then making beats for a career would be so much easier than trying to make something with music theory involved.

I think the same thing whenever I made trap beats
Feels good not having to stick to making trap beats
But I’m not oppose to having to make em for anyone

Bruh if someone pays me then sure, I'm just not gonna waste my solo artist time doing what everyone else is doing.
Shout out 3 stacks
u can make any kind of music if u put your mind to it
its pretty fun to make ngl. You just have to come into your own and study what makes your idols make, and what mentality they use.

https://soundcloud.com/desolatelands/behindthecloudsThis is pretty hard, I always love lofi stuff. I have some really good advice, put a low pass filter over the sample. A low pass filter plus a degraded sample always sounds great. Its what 40 does for Drake a lot of the time.
You wanna take out some of those harsh high ends while giving it a bit of an underwater effect. It'll leave more space for the emcee to rap over
(also choosing to make a beat out of a sample in 6/8 time was a dope creative decision you dont see often)
