dude save up and cop a mpc, i have the one and it’s a game changer workflow is smooth as hell, chopping samples is goated when it comes to the mpc

i prefer the mpc over a daw, it has its limitations but that’ll bring out more creativity from you, drum programming is easy af, chopping, etc, you can make a track in less than 5 minutes, they have built in synths and bass that you can also play on the pads but i prefer to use midi or my roland juno ds, they also have a drum synth where you could create you own drums from scratch, you can mix and master on it after you finish your track too. IMO the mpc has it all

Yeah I have googled his set up. I’m need a turntable because I own some vinyls. How do you add more drums and etc into it? You connect your Juno to it? Which mpc do you own? I know he has asr10 but I never seen him use it as in demonstrate. I have no idea wtf it does lol

you’ll need a usb or an SD card to load in your drum kits and you’ll be able to assign them to pads like kick would be on pad one, snare on pad two, etc. you can connect external devices like synthesizers and s*** via midi or usb on the back of the mpc that’s what i do with the juno, i own the mpc one

asr 10 is where he does all his chops it’s a sampler, and mpc is where he programs his drums

When I have the energy to produce yeah kinda, or I just go back to my metal/screamo days and find s*** there that's how I came to this Sleeping With Sirens joint. When I was in Florida their redneck version of hipsters would put me on to these 60s/70s bands that like nobody knows because they were only popular in like southern alabama but their s*** is littered with crazy riffs that can be used etc. I have all the bands I wrote a list somewhere
