You’re not wrong in that but i just think he did look better than before. It does feel like there’s a ceiling on him compared to the other CKB guys though. His boxing isn’t great and he doesn’t set up his power shots that well. His jab was getting split by the others guys right hand and he loaded up heavy on the big right hands but at light heavyweight you don’t need to be insanely skilled. If you got basic footwork and mediocre wrestling you can crack the top 8 lol.
You’re definitely right on volume, a lot of the CKB guys for better or worse don’t take risks or enter unless they have an advantage and outside Izzy and volk they’re not great at being 1st and 3rd. They’re usually good at creating angles and timing the crashing to land 2 shots and reset. At other divisions he’s probably not an insane prospect but at LHW he’s gonna look good lol. Hes got the same problems as Ulberg and Ulberg probably gonna get the belt shot at some point
