volk was already an all time great but that performance put him in the upper echelon of all time greats imo. 36 years old, coming off back to back ko losses, considered retirement, up against a killer with nukes for hands and outside of a few moments volk was in total control and looked just as good as he ever has. incredible stuff. i was rooting for diego cause i wanna see what this next gen at 145 can do but with the way volk looked i think we're still in for some great fights
