really interesting to see over this year how cage wrestling and single legs in particular have sorta been neutralized. most of the time cage wrestling just turns into a clinch fest because of the power of underhooks and even without the underhooks, guys are getting so good at widening their base to stop the double leg. even when guys are trying trips or dragging their opponent down the cage makes it so easy to get back and they usually find an underhook on the way up and we're back to square one. then with single legs it seems like everyone is pushing the head down, turning the corner and getting their hip past the shoulder
