why?

because i was in a down bad state awhile back too. pill addiction. psychedelics changed my life. that and moving. it's different for everyone tho. you said you were trying to stay away from d**** so it probably isn't for you

how did they help you and what were you taking ?

it really opened my eyes to the things i thought were problems in my life. how they were fabricated to stop myself from actually living. how all my trauma that i thought made me damaged actually was just me holding on for too long. alot of other things.

it was a mix of weed, shrooms and dmt. alot of the first 2

in my country is not that easy to get shrooms so never tried it
