I could go for another Sadhu.-heavy Dollar Menu like the second one was.
I feel you, but is it just me or has Sadhu changed his style quite a bit since that 2017-ish period? Not sure, but I don't think he uses as 'heavy drums' as he used to, in these last couple of years.
I mean I enjoy all these producers, but HWH: A for example was all Monk, Conductor, and Laflare, and none of the beats were interesting at all. First Gunn project to ever be without a crazy beat, imo
Of course they all have their great moments, but producers like Sadhu, Alchemist, Preservation, Fanon, Animoss never miss, and are consistently interesting. Just my 2 cents
Westheimer and 716 Mile not 'interesting at all'?
EDIT:
I agree with the sentiment tho, both Monk and Conductor can have misses, and I actually don't think Conductor and WSG are a good match (not sure about LaFlare as I'm not up to date on what he produced).

Don’t know what the f*** Gunn was thinking on Side A. And he keeps bragging about it being a “flawless” double album lmao.
Gunn could have made this a solid condensed double album with 16-20 tracks total. Or even more interesting, like what Ka did, make it a 10 or 12 track double album. The blogs or other media outlets will not talk about this project because of the goofy rollout, not to mention one side being almost completely forgettable.

I guess some of his more recent stuff has been less drum-heavy but I still f*** with all of it, and he hasn’t stopped making head-boppers (“PTSD YoungBoy” from NSFW, “Dead to Rights” from Time Crisis).

Yeah I feel this tbh. He’s def more likely to drop some less eerie beats. But a lot of his work with Spook still has that evil aura

Maybe “not interesting” was the wrong phrasing.. just not as adventurous/left field (which I understand I’i have a strong bias toward—SLY and SaBu are some of my favorite Gunn songs)
Spoonz is a dope beat. I just feel like the disparity between rapping and production was just so jarring on that album
Craven is great for the odd song but he has misses in him
And Camo didn’t have a memorable beat on H8 Side A 🤒
Craven got misses with Mach? that's news to me
bulletproof luh remains in my top 3 and it seems to be so underappreciated
fubar , yvonne , apple juice , honey roasted , regina , grease , all f***ing nuts
not to mention the bonus track which might be top 3 mach songs period

not really for me but I kinda feel you, production is amazing and unique in Mach's discog
Can’t wait to see who he’s working with on it, I’d love to hear more preservation, craven & conductor collabs
Uhhhhh what the F*** lets go

Ok imma make a list rating each main producer Mach has worked with based on how good their collabs are

what makes you feel it’s not for you? just curious
