like this album got everything you want. you got a song like embarrassment of the riches (au revoir), you got songs where he just snaps (26th letter, no blood no sweat, makrel jaxon, pen rale), you got the heartfelt s*** (kriminel). it’s just like what more do you want from the album

I think the critique was more towards some of the dumb down lyrics, which Mach says himself. But yeah still thinking about the Best/Ringo line lmao

tbh i don’t really hear a lot of dumbed down lines. there’s great rapping throughout for me

I think it's more about his flow being 'dumbed' down. He doesnt spazz on many of the tracks like some of his older stuff.

tbh even on songs where there’s a vibe he going for like on kriminel or au revoir he has a really nice flow and verse.

every minute counts the skits samples etc it works so well as a whole very well crafted album glad we got s longer album too

Top to bottom s*** is thorough, every beat is good don’t even gotta talk about the verses. It’s a fun listen for me, doesn’t feel like a task to get through the whole thing. When I hear one song I wanna play the rest

Just overall a super solid project and it feels like a complete, concise idea which is refreshing to hear rn

I know he can go in another bag but this still got me excited for more

It def feels like he wrote this with a wider audience in mind. I think the difference w PfH is that a lot of the songs on here are easily decipherable. Like we know what’s going on on a majority of the songs. The only super mYsTeRiOuS s*** is on Folie a Deux, Pen Rale, Ten Boxes, at least to me. Feel like that's where the criticism comes from.

Personally I don't mind Mach being more direct/less coded, because he's still an insane writer, and more eyes/ears are on him.
