The one dude is called Patrique on rym and I can definitely tell you that he was for sure one of Mach's earliest outspoken fans on rym, often being the only person leaving reviews for projects with only 20 ratings or so. He was also the reason I didn't write off Notorious Dump Legends too quickly

I don't rly listen to podcasts much so I haven't rly given them a shot yet but damn that Mach vid got ppl upset agree tho DOOM doesn't seem that much of an influence

That’s cool. I don’t mean to be on him, haha; I did enjoy the other one they did with the British guy. This one just came off way weirder, probably because the guest had the same kind of “I like Mach but he makes me uneasy” take, maybe even more so.

I also don’t personally understand people who trip that hard over Mach’s business model, like take it personal. Of course I wish his albums were all $20 and that I could just send a YouTube link of “II” or “xxxxx” to anyone I talk to who likes hip-hop but it is what it is and has been for four years “Look at that, don’t look at us”
