    This might be a stretch but:

    I shoot the beige-ing off a n**** face

    So beige-ing is a double entendre for Beijing to go along with the Eastern theme and Shang-higher in the next line (also Phuket probs some others I missed), and for beige makeup that fake or lighter skinned people wear like clowns to darken their face for street cred/privilege

    I'm not saying you're wrong but it sounds less like Beijing, and fits worse with face and arguably less than clown

    Definitely fits the Asian theme better though

    This actually makes a lot of sense to me, sounds more like Beijing though. Next bar is “My Shang-Higher..” so the Beijing must be a play on something that someone would have on their face while also naming Chinese metropol haha. “Shoot the Beige-ing off your face” maybe?

    Hadn't seen where you called beige-ing earlier and also hadn't seen the pics where bigen is applied to the face - guess I'm looking like the clown now

    Alright, it’s definitely this. Every video I watched where a woman was applying it they pronounced it like “vegan” but every video where a barber was putting it on someone’s face they pronounced it like “Beijing”. Thanks to everyone who said it was this!
    Still not sure what “My Shang higher than Rogers Wireless” means, though, or what he says before “with the crêpes”....

    He might be referring to the Chinese Shang dynasty? As in, his dynasty or his reign is higher than ~whatever comes next~

    But to me it sounds like, My Shang higher than Roger’s wireless racing (Mauriat?) with the crepes. Maybe that parenthetical word is a person?

    Edit: Looked it up and Paul Mauriat was a French conductor, which relates to the later Leanord Bernstein line.
