I can’t tell if this verse is supposed to be about him or someone he worked withI think it, like much of the album, is meant to be taken as a vignette. Slices of life, influenced by his observations, experiences and readings. In this case he's rapping about a rapper rapping about a rapper. The album, if i recall correctly, is influenced by some book he was reading at the time which was about these kinda absurdist vignettes.
