Yeah west got classics. Flygod and Blientele are top tier.

If it’s no skips it’s 10/10, but doesn’t have to be 10/10 to be a classic. Classic status is dictated by the s*** that comes afterword I feel. Flygod put west on the map and got the whole griselda movement going.
Mach’s got HBO and F.Y.I. which both jump started his career and birthed the sound that made others follow in his footsteps

Seems he’s been enjoying the fruits of his labor, judging by Droog and Preservation’s social media accounts. Can’t imagine there’s never a ton of stuff in the tuck, though, and the NOLA pics made that trip seem equal parts business and pleasure.

Replay value, consistency, influence, and aging for me. Marcberg, Reloaded, FLYGOD, HWH 2, HBO, FYI, and Grief Pedigree are all recent classics imo

I think another aspect to it is a classic album has to show that the artist is multidimensional. I'm still a griselda fan, those dudes are undeniably dope and still getting better imo. But the fact that mach can have a song like Tunnel Vision sit next to 1080p, or Band Anna next to Thank God, wild street s*** and stick talk followed by vulnerability and self-doubt sets him apart from almost everybody in the underground rn, and hella artists in the mainstream

Really bums me out that Time Face isn’t a full song with Mach verses
