What's going on with Marvel lately?
Last time I really checked for them was Secret Wars 2015.

Not really a reboot just the next phase after a recent event just finished up. All the lines are continuing. There’s a two month pause currently going on for DC called Future State where they’re exploring the future of the universe. So like a future Batman who’s black, or what’s next for a new iteration of WW, etc...

I only really follow a couple corners of Marvel but Hickman who did Secret Wars is currently the Head of X Men material. A lot has changed for them and there’s many books all apart of the same general storyline. Daredevil great rn too, an amazing Hulk run is finishing up..... overall from what I see Marvel pretty solid. They might have the edge over DC in stories but it’s switched back and forth every couple years

immortal hulk is really great definitely worth checking out, and the new daredevil is pretty sick too reminds me weirdly of the ann nocenti run. DC is trying to do a deboot right now, but no one really knows what that means or what its gonna look like we just have to wait and see until theyre past their future state initiative

I think John’s GL is like the definitive GL run IMO. There’s other stuff out there, but it didn’t hit the same for me IMO. Not too big on Venditti’s stuff either.

Only other thing I can recommend is Grant Morrison’s latest run on GL. It like a space cop sorta thing, and it’s Morrison, so I’ve loved it because it’s just so different haha.

I haven’t read through ALL of hellblazer but started it and got though a decent chunk of it.

I’d say def read Swamp Thing before hellblazer, just because Hellblazer is first introduced and basically created in Swamp Thing haha

Oh ok well New 52 is worth reading until the part where they changed his costume and made him look like an aniime character. Morrisons run is also worth getting into, I think theres 2 seasons. Then there's Hal and the Green Lanterns, if you want something different check out Earth One.

hmmmm I read parts of green lantern corps and new guardians but only the issues that tied into events like the first lantern stuff. I didn't love it but I just read it so I could get the full story for the event
