wdyt about small businesses being treated by customers the same way they’d treat walmart.
for example, someone goes to a specialty coffee shop, gets a coffee they end up not liking but knew it wasn’t going to be a starbucks latte. then goes back into the coffee shop owned by a local guy and demands refunds for her entire order because “the customer is always right”
The customer is not always right imo
If I had a business it’d prob go under bc I wouldn’t play that s***. There’s obviously an argument to made about picking battles but some people just want to see what they can get away with
