·2 repliesI think if you are unwilling to learn how to do a task you should embrace how the person you are paying to do it treats you. I don't think paying someone for work should make you feel entitled to deny them of behavior that isn't related to the specific task.
You did not pay them for their friendship/niceties, you paid them to do the job. If they do a poor job you can be upset about that and request for them to redo it but if they are not kind to you that is not something to complain about.

I disagree with that expectation and would like to see it change though. As long as you aren't harming anyone I don't think you should be paid to deny yourself of sharing your feelings/genuine reactions
