It could be, i looked it up once, because nitrous does have neuroplastic effects like ketamine, theyre just shorter lived. its being studied as an emergency intervention for people with severe suicidal ideation (nitrous).

but apparently with dxm its such a messy chemical, working kinda like an ssri at the same time it messes with nmda receptors . it still has neuroplasticity effects, theyre just less pronounced, less studied and not as strong as ketamines

Kinda fell into this job by chance (graduated college in May with an unrelated major, minor is somewhat relvant, was an intern here since 2023 initially hired for data entry but ended up doing a lot more, owners like me so they said they'd hire me on fr when I finished school), so I'm trying to sponge up as much relevant knowledge as I can to get up to speed. I'm certainly not "the IT guy" or anything, so thankfully I don't really have to be an expert on anything.

I mostly help set up and test automation workflows and pipelines, & do minor fixes or feature additions on internal tools (personal weak spot because my coding knowledge is extremely amateur, but everyone up here uses claude code and nothing gets merged til it passes a manual code review, so as long as I test my Claudette's work and make sure the diffs don't look crazy, I'm good on that front. Wasn't even hired to code anyway )
