used to stair out my window at the street and if any car was going too slow I would assume they were stalking me or trying to see if I was home

Went shopping with my grandma for my brother and one dude looked at me, and then later I noticed them on the same aisle as me, so I had assumed him and the group he was with were following me and couldn't focus on anything else

That type of stuff was very common

Its just like coincidences your mind makes up and then gives meaning to them without any evidence that the meaning you gave them is real or makes sense

But like even if you know that your mind does it anyway and what your mind comes up with makes more sense to you than common sense

I have to be very careful to not let my mind wander but I have gotten better with it way better
