no just have a competent police officer looking for signs of impairment when pulling someone over instead of pulling over everyone obviously.

you could make that agurment like let the cops see every message you make, search your house anytime, because you could “kill kids”

theres a process for these things. whether its techincally legal or not, i think checkpoints like that go against your rights against unreasonable search and seizure etc.
