if i was like i am now? no. im very squeemish first of all im afraid of my own bellybutton.
and i dont have any tattoos because id perma associate them with ym intrusive thoughts i was having when i got it done.
cosmetic surgery woudl be the same thing.

and im also just really comfortable in my own skin ironically. bellybutton fears aside, im not like insecure about how i look or anything
