They got a minor boost in publicity back in 2015 when Justin Vernon of Bon Iver said they were one of his favorite bands or something, and Vernon ended up reissuing their final album on vinyl shortly after

They got back together for a reunion show with every member who'd ever been in the band to promote the release

Then it was radio silence until 2023, when the lead singer found some old demos, re-recorded them by himself DIY-style, and put em out as an album, which was actually pretty good

Got to see him twice when he toured that album. Wasn't the original band on the rest of the instruments, but they did good.

Was kinda sad though, cause both times were in tiny downtown bars with less than 20 people in attendance. Crowds were great for both shows though.

He was working the merch table before the second show, so I got to meet him and get a picture, so that was cool. Me and my girl both took edibles beforehand though and they hit like a mf right as I went to go talk to him. He's kind of a nervous, wiry guy anyway, so I couldn't tell if I was clearly stoned and weirding him out, or if that's just how he always acts Maybe a little bit of both, cause we look high asf in those pictures
