What are your intrusive thoughts with doom games
i dont want to talk about them specifically. but its because i was playing them when I got a particularly sticky new untrust i’ve thought like 10 years ago and now even reading about the doom games, let alone playing them, makes me fixate on it for awhile and its very uncomfortable.
my ocd actually is pretty bad. its mostly pure O, i do have some compulsions though. its gotten like 50% better in the last 3sh years though compared to where it was
