Maybe you don't go to places with a lot of people with a low amount of money
The reason is that they are irresponsible with money and have multiple cards with small amounts and don't want to risk overdrafts and stuff like that

They keep it locked like all the time to make sure nothing comes out and only unlock it when they know they want to spend what's in there I guess

Like for example, many school shooters and stuff exhibited warning signs (all the way up to blatant social media posts) that people just did nothing about. I would, of course, support Palantir identifying these individuals ahead of their shooting.
