thats exactly what i said, a large portion of people who have substances induced psychosis, have another one. and its a lot higher than the average person. 25% of people go onto develop skitzophrenia.

its lower than people who didnt have substance induced phycosis, but significanltly higher than the averages e population.

so, if these people commit murder during a psychosis, they should be held in a ward, since 25% of them very very roughly, will have other paranoid psychotic breaks and develop skitzophrenia. the 75% who dont, get to live out the rest of their ife in a ward under supervision.
