@Extraterrestrial like if you had a full blown psychotic break from hitting your pen, and hurt somebody, you think thats grounds to deny you treatment?
Yes if that’s the situation I created. A person who is blackout drunk and chooses to drive also has no capacity in that moment. They’re blackout. It doesn’t absolve them if they hurt someone. They placed themselves in a situation where they provided themselves access to a car before drinking.
As opposed to, if I spiked someone’s drink with d**** and then they unawaringly drove and killed someone, obviously they are not responsible.
i agree. like sometimes i can. say picasso married a like 16 year old or something. but i still love his artwork even if he was a terrible person.
seinfeld dated that 17 year old in the 90s, but his comedy isnt connected to that so it doesnt bother me.
nirosta steele music is very sexual, talks about boys at pools, theres a*** s***on the vinyl artwork. its a gay, sexual record. so you cant really seperate them, since the song would hypothetically be about kids or whatever, which is horrific.
I also think it’s common for people to call gay people pedos or assume that they are. and that probably plays a role in this too
And the source of the accusation is such a big deal for this case too. A fcking kpop account… caught the exact time when nirosta deactivated? This is a 70 year old gay man there was definitely going to be some chronically online weirdos on him.
That being said, it doesnt help at all that he put his sexuality in the forefront . But for now ill believe his statement tbh

This is some real duster s***!

Like if someone has s***with someone while blackout drunk, we pretty much all accept that as rape. Instead of saying the person who is blackout drunk and taken advantage of needs treatment lol tf
Your assumption is that a person who is mentally well can never be adversely affected by d**** and then still be normal when they are not on d****, which is a nut job view I’m sorry

I've noticed that I kill way less when I'm an active weed user

That is true. But psychosis and blackout drunk are different conditions. the person made a decision to get blackout drunk.
when you decide to drink, and drink a lot lot, the outcome is almost guaranteed you will blackout. which brings with it, decisions to drink and drive potentially. which you are right, even if you cant consent to sex, you still essentially consented to drive legally.
nobody decides to go into psychosis. people who get blackout drunk, decided beforehand to binge drink with that being a almost certain outcome. Nobody takes a hit of a joint at a party, deciding to go into psychosis. that outcome is so unlikely, it’s moral to take that chance.
everything is probability and we are moralizing what amount of risk to other people is acceptable to take on. Youre saying the minute risk of psychosis from d**** is morally unacceptable, despite you yourself, taking these risks from a d*** that is very commonly a trigger to psychosis.
and btw im sure you know, the law agrees with you. if you take illegal d**** and go into psychosis you cannot plead insanity in court. becuase they argue you broke the law and that is not an acceptable risk.
what im arguing, is that when you look at the odds of that outcome, compared to other common behaviours that can lead to psychosis in someone who hasnt had one before, it doesnt make any sense.
for example, 20 years ago if you had a psychotic break triggered by smoking weed and were violent, you could not plead insanity since that was an illegal d*** that caused it. but now, in canada at least, you absolutely could, since it’s legal.
and for the second paragraph im not sure about that.
and lastly, with a violent psychosis, whether you think the person is morally responsible for their actions or not, should NOT get in the way of them getting treatment.
Your assumption is that a person who is mentally well can never be adversely affected by d**** and then still be normal when they are not on d****, which is a nut job view I’m sorry
are you retarded that is absolutely not my view at all?
what on earth are you talking about?
people can be adversely affected by taking d**** and do violent things and NOT be in psychosis. thats a completely different situation.
and a healthy person can take d****, go into psychosis, go back and be normal. it happened to me lol.
you also, even though youre supposedly a doctor, seem to have a hard time distinguishing someone being violent or being adversaly affected by d****, and someone in psychosis. when they are extremely different situations.
but once you have a actual psychotic break the odds of others are very high. so if you are violent during it, regardless of the cause, they need to be isolated and treated in a ward, because theres a high enough chance of it reoccurring without any d****, its dangerous to let them out.
you have these very strange preconceived notions of opinions i have never expressed, you have to be trolling me lol
