Otherwise, anyone with a diagnosis of any mental illness can be assumed to lack consent.

I think in psychosis though, you can assume you cant consent.
in my experience going through it, theres no universe i could consent to anything. and i also legally couldnt while i was in it. I had to have my dad as my legal like guardian, britney spears style, for a few days

They won’t dude. It’s a limited condition. She’s already clearly not psychotic during the trial. She will literally walk free. There’s no way to establish a post partum psychosis diagnosis 3 years after these murders. It never lasts that long.

They just dont belong in general population prison. they belong in a psych ward, under medication and 24/7 watch and security.
