Looked into it a little because I was hearing different things, and basically the facts boil down to

His xiangshou (chinese social media) account was following multiple accounts showing what looked to be AI-generated male children in athletic clothing

The initial screenshots alleging this show like 10 accounts, plus a screenshot of showing some kids in different athletic unifroms

The account that posted the allegations framed this as him following ai "shotacon" accounts, which is like sexualized anime children, but as far as I can tell, that's either not the case or I'm misunderstanding the definition of shotacon, and I don't care to put that in my search history to confirm one way or the other.

Account was deleted shortly after, and his husband put out a statement saying the allegations were a gross misrepresentation, but I can't seem to find it now, but I def saw it when this first came up.

Worth noting that he followed upwards of 10,000 accounts on xiangshou.
