oh yeah i streamed 20 years ago trying to get a high score win streak in wii sports.
then in high school a little under 15 years ago i streamed pretty consistently for a year and got an audience of like 5-12 people that spiked into the 30s. which was great for back then. idk why i stopped tho.
im probably going to do it again, not with an expectation its going to work out and be my job, but it cost nothing to record me drawing and put it up streaming, im going to do it anyway. it can only help me find commissions and give me a videos i can chop up for social media or speed up for speed drawings.

100+ you can make a full time living at with like minimum wage salary. maybe more.3k can pull in like 300k+ a year, probably double or triple depending on your sponsors

ustream first because even tho they were created around the same time, ustream was the dominant site, then after a couple years it switched to justin.tv once starcraft 2 really took off and that kinda solidified justin.tv. then they switched to twitch but still had justin tv be for none gaming streams, which i was relegated in and had no viewership anymore, since I painted on stream. and thats why i quit i think, i remeber now! it took like a year for them to let you do none game stuff on twitch

for those who dont know what im talking about twitch used to be justin tv, then spun off another site, twitch, jsut for gaming. then shut down justin tv after it died and let twitch be for none gaming stuff, which essentially made it what justin tv was beforehand, making the whole thing pointless lol

yeah it was and games are what made it. then they banned playing games on there lol even though 98% of the content on there was games. it was strange. and long before amazon too this was the og team doing this
