Tuneoutyeah like less rng can mean more skill expression, but a game with literally 0 rng makes it boring to watch and play.
like even starcraft has a little rng when you target units on high ground from low ground and stuff. and its just enough.
pokémon’s rng element is unusually high for a competetive videogame tbh
