This guy got such great production and couldn't do anything with it
Those beats require songwriting with impeccable structure, he seems to be challenged in that regard. Just going for the most basic and pastiche flows and notation over them, not really saying anything memorable that stands out either. But yes those beats are really strong and create an intimate atmosphere

They make it stand out I think cause the beats are pretty too, they sound like beautiful anime wallpaper. So if the vocalist is low effort it’s gonna stick out like a sore thumb
