Something like White Ferrari and Siegfried thrives in that ambient space. The freeform approach that doesn’t feel constricted by structure is one of the reasons I love those tracks so much. It can literally feel like you’re getting lost within that music.
it's began
probably not

i agree yeah.. i'm mostly just joking about adding drums to the album, would completely change the entire vibe of the music really
i don't necessarily have a problem with frank not using drums but i can't lie i really be revisiting cO more than blonde these days and a huge part of it is because i can smoke out and vibe to that s*** easier than blonde
i love drumless music but i do tend to listen to s*** with drums on a more consistent basis, don't think there's anything wrong with having a preference lol

Channel Orange overall is just an easier listen then Blonde though regardless of the instrumentation. Theres never really any moment on Channel Orange that hits me the same way emotionally as Blonde does aside from maybe Pink Matter. Because its not as heavy of an album. Its supposed to feel breezy, like 1970s Cali. Still a fantastic album regardless and one of the best debuts of the 2010s.
self expose rn fr but my two most played songs off of blonde are nikes and nights
The prodigal son has returned @op
Got some instant W’s I hope in the Scott Storch VZ. But Mike Dean has so many hits as well
What day are y'all available this month?

@Mmm_Hmm You still planning on hosting MJ Vz Prince right?
Was this planned recently? I wasn't tagged and I don't think @op was tagged either.
I can't recall
I'm going to post the updated schedule for this month later today and I hope @Mmm_Hmm is present to post it in OP.
Present!
One thing is for sure, if Frank drops tonight I don’t want Blonde 2. I want a new sound and something I can live with the same way I did Channel Orange and Blonde.
Trying to capture a moment of the past almost never works out because you can only recreate sounds, not the nostalgia attached.
