the name avalanches perfectly describes the sound, this huge collage of sounds avalanching and washing over you
the beauitful blue water in the album cover and the waves captures the feeling of it perfect
they even timed it to come out jan 1 2000 at the turn of the millennia
the music is excellent (most important part) they did something totally new thats hard to replicate today.
its a real piece of art

perhaps it is so perfect, there must be single deliberate flaw like how they knick persian rugs before theyre sold because nothing on earth can be that perfect
