A Windows core service (sppsvc.exe) triggered a memory access violation during a routine system/thread query, causing the kernel to crash in its stack-unwinding routine. Concurrently, the system caught and repaired a corrupted Bluetooth driver file (bthmodem.sys).
what do you think the solution is? is the corrupted bluetooth driver a significant factor?

I've also updated the Bluetooth and WiFi drivers.

i vaguely recall that specific windows service being completely unnecessary & people always complain about it & delete it
but i might be misremembering
