I cant eat in the morning either but if i drink caffeine on an empty stomach i cant eat for hours and feel like garbage.

its the chemical in green tea that makes you feel relaxed. but you can take like 20X whats in a green tea, with a normal amount of caffeine. so everything feels like a tea, instead of a sharp coffee, if u dont overdo the caffeine.
