worst part of drinking and why i go through multi year periods without it. i find even 2 or 3 drinks make me feel more anxious the next day. let alone a hangover.
the hangover isn't that bad lowkey
but the dopamine crash and anxiety is f***ing crazy
it could be a perfect 10/10 night/experience and the next day i'm thinking how everything is terrible and basically im f***ing stupid
