bmassI really think his hits would be tolerable if he wasn’t so basic lyrically
Thing is he can totally be lyrical or write good lyrics when he is challenged. His verse on Churchill Downs was great aside from pullin 100 grand part although that was unintentionally hilarious.
He just doesn’t really try or has a conscious belief that if it seems like he’s trying hard he’ll get boxed into the white rapper catagory, which he has seemed to evade pretty well up to this point.
