and idk this bothered me because it couldve happened to me, but dosnt impact everybody. almost every crime gives you a criminal record, which blocks you from ever entering the usa in a lot of cases. regardless if its serious or not. we dont have a felonies. or statute of limitations. everything lumped together pretty much

if you were in the usa and locked out fo canada, the worlds your oyster. but if your locked in to just canada and locked out the usa, the opportunity loss is unbelievable for a lot of careers.

we are part of the commonwealth but my undertsanding is the process to immigrate to the uk isnt different than to the usa.

its not like in europe where you have freedom of movement or anything
