i was tlaking about a book my sisters fiancé, whose a doctor, recommended me to read and it was about a case study of when they brought in mandatory daily excercise in a random public school they got the highest grades in the state. and the kids started to use excercise to manage test anxiety on their own accord. and he was like OH yeah well next time your girlfriend is upset tell her to go for a jog and see how it works out. and I was I like well yeah I’d have no problem telling people im dating excercise can make you feel better and he got mad af
