Yea homie I literally didn't care about dogs at all before getting one. these little dudes really got souls fr

they are like human being trapped inside another body. its insane

for sure homie they really be smart too I couldn't believe it

same with cats. they have personalities, moods, emotions just llike people. and theyre completely helpless to whoever takes care of them. then they love and trust you so much because they know you love them and are taking care of them.

its just wild. makes u appreciate all animals and nature in general on a deeper level. at least it did for me

they are bonkers smart. my cat opens doors, talks back to me when i say her name, sneaks food off stuff when nobody is looking and gets away with it.

cant even get into my old dog he was mindbending smart too

theres one room shes not allowed in and she knows it when im in it she stands at the doorway looking in and usualyl doesnt try to get in. and when she does, she sneaks so slyly and crouches, because she knows shes not allowed to be at it.

bunch of random things but he recognizes the names of different snacks we get him

sons ears perk up when we mention sweet potato, chicken, fish etc

also, he knows exactly when its dinner time like he can read time its wild. everyday right before 7:30pm he'll come and sometimes just stare at us knowing we about to prep his dinner

i genuinely have no idea how cats and dogs do this.

i was watching football last year and some guy head butted somebody during a tackle and knocked the guy clean out, stiff armed and everything lying in the field.

and the guy who got knocked unconscious got a fumble for dropping the ball

they were deliberating for like 3 or 4 minutes and they just announce FUMBLE while the guy is being carried off the field
