Nope i actually seen this is happened already . For autistic kids who keep hitting themselves. Had a guy at my school who always had gloves on cause of it .

he was so OP the only person who could nerf him was himself

Those little autistic kids used to be able to whoop ass id seen teachers missing hair parts and black eyes they tore their asd up

ya if autistic kids have violent outbursts like that, which is extremely sad, they need to have nurses or security specialized in mental health, like what’s at hospitals and psych wards, to deal with it. teachers dont have the training to know how to deal with that and it leads to potentially the teacher or child getting hurt. or in some sort of trouble.

plus it isnt conductive to the child’s growth to be as high functioning as possible as an adult

and its like how could a teacher even prepare for somethng like that that s*** comes in violent phases apparently 10 weeks they are good 1 week they are violent . Sad! Probably paid less than uber drivers

yeah i mean it just depends on the individual. some autistic people are violent frequently. some rarely. some never. also if theyre violent outwardly, they usually cause themsleves much greater harm.

its extremely important to integrate autistic kids into education and common classrooms if its possible.

but you do need specialized training to learn how to deal with violent outbursts, you need people around with it.

its like layers of societal failure really that those situations play out like they do

early intervention and integration into the classroom for autism has increased a LOT in the last few years though. which is excellent

Not sure but it was at an inner city high school

to be an effective teacher its so much more than just teaching kids and stuff. you have to essentially be a social worker and try to catch abuse, behavioural issues, mental health issues. there can be violent situations.

teachers education is so minimal ( at least here) theyre not equipped for that.

We had one kid that talked about digimon too much but that's all I remember

very sad, some kids have it so difficult. a child doesnt do stuff like that unless theres serious other issues. theyre the ultimate victim.

also my hot take is they wont be anytime soon becuase theres a vested interest in keeping education levels as low as possible to make people the easier to exploit and limit class mobility.

and not giving teachers proper education and training in all sorts of areas, is a apart of this.

not in like a conspiracy way, just with how things work out with how the incentives in society are
