OrangutanI’ve never had moose meat
pretty good?it can be very very good but it depends on how its prepared.
its very gamey, so you have to cook with with veggies and stuff that cut through its game.
but when you do, its delicious. and its also very healthy.
my favourite is having moose burgers (best use for them) and i also love moose stew.

moose are an invasive species here that kill a lot of people each year, so its like really sustainable too. they have no natural predators so we gotta be shooting them
