So many people calling 50 minute albums mid or fire within 30 minutes

people run through an album once, skipping halfway through songs they arent feeling and just counting up how many they "save" and the rest theyll never listen again

Like if we look at Folk/evermore as flukes/passioned side projects there's a pretty gradual decline from Rep -> Lover -> MIDNIGHTS

I never heard her last 2 but what I have heard (a lot. out in public. in videos) make me feel like I've made the right decision

3-5 listens is also what i go for. in my initial time listening to it at least

different types of music tend to take a bit more to sink in tho, maybe returning to it after a while for 3 more listens
