    Yeah I used to think I didn't back before I was legal drinking age

    But once I was able to actually go and try different ones I realized theyre some of the most consistently good beers

    And by that I mean if I buy a random stout I know I'm probably going to at least like it, where that's really not the case for any other beers

    Good IPA > stouts for me though

    But bad IPAs are reallllly bad

    bad ipas are v bad, i love ipas the most tho

    U haven't had good stouts I don't think maybe

    hmm maybe i dont try them after my experience with guiness and idk maybe 1 or 2 others

    i love espresso and coffee taste. dark chcolate is ok.

    the stouts ive tried just taste idk mealy and thick.

    You're kinda supposed to sip them real slow

    Also not supposed to be served ice cold

    But the only stuff I'd like have trouble drinking are the overly weird corn sweet super light beers like bud light/Michelob ultra

    After that even "bad" beer is fine enough tbh

    I dont think I'm that picky, I'll really drink whatever outside of most american lights like you said

    I just mean the hit ratio for stouts is really high in my experience

    Even a really bad IPA is something I can finish (usually)

    That bear hug IPA linked was truly awful

    Probably should have put it in F

    I think they pumped it full of sugar it just did not taste right

    Same goes for that Voodoo Ranger G-Force to a lesser extent

    Took a walk after drinking a 6 pack of golden monkey one night and was gone for like 3 hours

    My brother called me and was like "where did you go?" And I looked around and was like "i don't know really" he came and picked me up

    It was a really good walk though i remember that but I had no path in mind I was just embracing the travel

    The belgian tripel I bought tonight was solid but very sweet. Don't think I could have more than one at a time.

  • I used to be able to drink far more before I took a long break from drinking though

    Now I just want like a couple beers or a couple little glasses of whiskey

    Honestly idk how I was drinking that much in my earlier 20s
