    Splatoon campaign might be cool

    OOT teaser looked trash but I'm reserving my judgements and hoping it's cool

    DK Bonanza looks aight

    Mario Kart World does not move me

    Star Fox remake is laughable

    Never got into Fire Emblem, might be fire idk

    Duskbloods could be a huge draw for me, yet to be seen

    Yoshi games are good sometimes

    Either way most of these aren't out yet so idrc

    tbh i hope gta partly kills first party devs where they realize they cant afford to make a multi billion dollar game that will sell enough to make it back. and go back to making multiple smaller artist driven games

    it will not happen. but hopefully while its not happening companies like ea and ubisoft cannibalize themsleves trying and die

    An open world AI game where the world changes based on your input is what’s next. Endlessly replayable and never the same game, unless you want it to be.

    ai will be a decent leap forward depending on how its used.

    I dont think in the near future, the public will be interested in talking to ai chatbots instead of written dialogue.

    ai being a part of deciding how human made assets are randomly generated in ARPG or roguelike games, sure.

    i predict ai’s biggest usecase will be in making 3d animation easier through things like assisting rigging, minute facial animations etc and make these advance animations less time consuming so indie devs can make games that compete with triple a.

    Wait til you hear that nintendo has been using AI for development for the last 2 or 3 years (against the will of their employees tbf)

    I'm pretty happy with my Switch 2

    Being able to play the FF7 remakes in handheld has been amazing

    Bananza was fantastic

    And diminishing returns on graphical and power increases suggests it should be a good long term investment because I doubt the PS6 is gonna be much of a leap

    i find it funny everyone ribbing on the price
    and now everything else so expensive nobody talks about it anymore lol

  • The only recent game not on Switch 2 or Steam that I'm desperate to play is Astro Bot and that will never get ported

    mario kart world is an amazing game.

    it just has poor matchmaking.

    but discord lobbies are popping

    and the intermissions are a lot better now with how many shortcuts people have found

    I hope and pray the OOT remake will be an all timer. Trust me when I say I'll get zero satisfaction from that being ass.

    Bonanza is a game I'd play if I had a Switch 2, but not something I'd buy the console for

    I've played star fox 64 a billion times, I don't feel like playing it again with s***ty hyper-realistic character models
