crazy that their biggest problem seems to be getting too much dip on their chip with hard pushing education, leading to a younger generation that's overeducated and parents that refuse to let their kids become a "laborer"

Pretty sure they deadass banned tutors like 5 years ago and now there's a black market for tutoring because parents are still that competitive

So now you have a bunch of young people with degrees that worked their asses off with nothing to show for it, and a plunging birthrate because having kids is so expensive and the young people are already demoralized

Or at least thats my cursory understanding of it

Someone flooded the bathroom somehow and the toilet wouldn't stop flushing so I just like turned the water off and put an out of order sign

i know nothing about china.

all i know is the people who live there are commonly extremely kind to travellers, the food probably gas, its very old, they used to have a one child policy but got rid of it, started covid and they have a lot of censorship. ooh and pollution in some places.

thats it really. id love to visit there!
