other stuff in general too but most things arent as bad. also why i had to quit weed and other d\*\*\*\* and now cutting back drinking a lot. also had eating disorder but im doing pretty good with that now. i fr cant be trusted with anything but its not my own personal fault its more a mental illness thing

youve shared before you have some pretty significant mental health struggles and its awesome youre taking it seriously and making progress with it.

I think having the self awareness to deal with this and putting in the time and work of therapy will set yourself on a great foundation for your 30s going forward and could give you the best decade of your life so far
