Making music was a big one I could like lock in and focus just on making music for 5 hours

But drawing I have to try not to become distracted

Which doesn't make sense because I enjoy drawing more music just makes me mad

ya i find for drawing i have to get the ball rolling, but once im invested im invested.

i’ll be like ugh im not in the mood to draw today. then i start after like a half hour time melts away. sometimes I gotta force it for longer though before i begin to flow.

i think its healthy to do activity that you have to work for your dopamine though.

and i always feel so good after ive drawn something im content with.

ok so i do feel something from the 7oh but its mild. I dont think I got ripped off this time, but obviously potency can fluctuate a lot.

definetly no super heroin and definetly not as strong as even codeine in how it feels. i dont really see why you would do this over regular kratom considering how much more it costs.

i dont think i have a very high tolerance, other than taking it like twice in the last week i havent done any kratom in well over a month. disappointing. in another hour ill up it again. i think this is just all hype

yeah ive been dependant on opiods before!
i took a lot of codeine pretty recklessly when i was in my early 20s and stopped.
    ive quit nicotine.
ive been perscribed medications that make you dependant like lyrica which ive stopped.
ive taken kratom long enough that i was dependant before. and it was very annoying to stop.

never had any issue stopping anything though. if something begins to impact my quality of life I have no issue getting off of it and giving it a break.
sometimes the tapering takes awhile though and is disruptive.

i remember you telling me this before!
its normal if youre taking painkillers that are perscribed for longer than a month youre going to have some sort of dependency.

i think theres a difference between a dependency and addiction though. even though theres a lot of overlap.

like you can be dependant on ssri but you wouldnt call that an addiction. its just part of it. and people cant have dépendance on weed but can def be addicted and ruin their quality of life ykwim

I feel like I was slightly addicted

I would take the pills unnecessarily very often, more often than not probably. I also would lie about the amount of pain i experienced to keep getting them

and like when they stopped prescribing painkillers to me i would go through other people's medicine cabinets when I was in their house lol

But it was like scummy teen addiction not serious addiction

I have a sensitive stomach but it's in remission

Sometimes it's a bit worse but I just have to eat very careful for a couple days and it's fine

@Hndrxx_Free im really proud i quit the nicotine tbh. i quit like 4 years ago.

with the other stuff you can jsut taper slowly and have minimal discomfort. just gotta have the constitution to stay with the taper.
if it gets bad just dont taper as quick or with as big jumps.

but nicotine there arent small jumps like that. like going from tobacco, to 5mg vape, to 1.5mg vape, to 4mg gum to 2mg gum. these are HUGE leaps. there is no way to taper it slower.

and opioids its like ok i dont wanna be intoxicated at work or at school or while im drawing. theres a clear motivation. but nicotine is like, there isnt really. it didnt negatively impact me productivity wise, which made it a lot harder to stick with

thats awesome to hear. good for you bruises.

the foods (and alcohol) that agitate it is stuff you probably shouldnt eat anyway.

if you dont take care of it like youre doing it can be pretty gnarly

    It can be awful

I was very very underweight as a teenager and always anemic

At one point I was so weak and stuck in a hospital bed for so long I could barely walk

Hes on chemotherapy d**** to suppress his immune system, is so sick he hasnt worked in like over a year. he basiclaly our age

im very happy youre a healthier weight and no anemic anymore. thats a hard thing to overcome
