Do you guys remember being a little kid like 5-6 and thinking about what death was like and like what happened and being really scared

I don't remember a ton from around that time but I remember just like sitting there thinking about that and I would get scared and not want to go to sleep because like what if I died and then my mom would get mad at me for not wanting to go to sleep and id be like "what if I die?!"

i remember as a kid my parents would like softly suggest religion to me? like we never went to church or anything. I knew like the prayer at night. but rarely did it. and would go to peoples houses for supper and they do grace and i didnt know what it was lol. But they would say like people go to heaven when they die etc as a kid as a way to make dying seem less scary.

then when i was like 11 or 12 i was like damn there is no god or heaven and i found it like a spooky realization
