Ok idk if we have to keep it spoiled or not but ill keep my raw thoughts somewhat brief on the comic since u and et already discussed most of it

I really liked the art style from the characters to the environment it was just beautiful and colorful. As for the story, i thought at first it was gonna be a mini hero comic based on the origin of the characters in the beginning. Instead i got a nice lil story with a nice message on life

I feel for 5 issues it managed to convey the message quite well and leaving the ending somewhat open to interpretation. I like how Laila comes to terms with her mortal life throughout the years and moved to find further meaning in her actions on earth together with Life (?)

My fav chapter is prolly 3 when she was hanging with the crow and he was explaining to her how important it is to keep the memories from those who passed which gives their life meaning. Darius’ reasoning for rejecting the use of immortality was also a nice touch.

Overall nice mini comic

I haven't really gone into it but it seems like something I could really delve into

I personally think I'm on the side of people who would see the artistic value in it, and not just see it as like a mess
