yeah im suppose to take it once in the morning and once before bed,

but i find it gives me mild anhedonia. so I dont like taking it everyday, just if I need it. its very helpful. but sometimes i just wanna feel everything and not be blunted

and then i save them extras for if i wanna have a recreational experience.

i started them because when i was weaning off kratom last year my withdrawals were kinda bad so they perscribed it to me to help with them. and they did! and i also disocvered how great they are in general
