well yes im very conflicted
i can very easily convince myself its no big deal. after all, its normal to masturbate and whatnot. its a content issue, not a quantity issue. its a mindset thinking issue. i believe strongly in neuroplasticity. i can always cope my way into the next goon, more easy than i can stop myself. i can stop myself 30 times but if i go the 31st time welp...
my phone always on me so that makes it easier
i have this app called one sec now that i try to curb certain apps
honestly i never put my full heart into it tho cuz i use gooning for many purposes of utilization. for everything from motivation to emotional regulation to transitional periods and interludes and moments of clarity and realizations and strong urges and the fastest way out is the only way i know how

i still always have my morning goon tho like 99% of the time
its like im so disciplined in a lot of elements of life i smoke weed and i goon like a lot of the time i just wanna accept my vices but also the goonerbrainrot really is the root cause of everything i fear
